What changed between two scans

Three counts
Every scan (from the second one on) is compared to that app's last completed scan:
- New: present in this scan, absent from the previous one.
- Resolved: present in the previous one, gone from this one.
- Regressions: reappear after already having been fixed in an even earlier scan.
Why it doesn't always show
The banner only shows when there's a previous completed scan to compare against, AND at least one of the three counts is non-zero. Your very first scan never has one: nothing to compare yet.
