Email notifications

An email goes out when a rescan (automatic or manual) surfaces a NEW critical- or high-severity finding compared to the previous scan, never for a lower severity, an info item, or an already-known finding that just persists.

Settings → Notifications, a single switch. Nothing else is affected: the rescan keeps running, you just stop getting the emails.
