Adding, renaming and deleting an app

Three actions
- Add: paste the URL and confirm you're authorized to scan it; a deliberate act on every add, the box is never pre-checked.
- Rename: useful when the URL alone isn't enough to tell apps apart (several environments, staging/prod...). The name has no effect on the scan itself.
- Delete: irreversible, see below.
What deleting an app erases
Deleting an app also erases its whole scan history and cancels its Stripe subscription if it had one.
You have to type a confirmation word to go through: there's no recovering it afterward. This isn't a deactivation: the app, its history and its subscription are really gone.
